Corporate Bookings | Students Get In Touch
This is an essential level of hands-on training designed for new users with no or little experience using Bluebeam Revu.
The main objective of this course is to teach users the basic commands and features of Bluebeam Revu, which are necessary to review, markup, measure, and manage PDFs efficiently. In this course, you will learn how to navigate the Revu interface, use markup tools, organize and export markups, manage documents and drawings, and collaborate using Studio—all through practical, hands-on exercises.
This Bluebeam Revu Essentials course covers the core topics needed for working effectively with Revu. The teaching strategy begins with the basic tools required to open and navigate PDFs, then gradually introduces more advanced features such as custom tool sets, markups, measurements, and Studio collaboration. The course avoids covering every single command or option, focusing instead on essential tools like markups, Tool Chest, measurement calibration, and document management. This ensures learners gain practical skills efficiently.

Managing and preparing PDFs for sharing, searching, and exporting.
Comparing drawings and overlaying pages for version control.
Collaborating in Studio Sessions and Projects, including document check-in/check-out, permissions, and revision history.
